Khazanah Nasional Berhad (“Khazanah”) would like to announce changes to its Board of Directors (“Board”), as follows:
- Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak has resigned as Chairman of the Board, effective 31 May 2018.
- Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani has resigned as a Member of the Board, effective 30 May 2018.
- Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah has resigned as a Member of the Board, effective 23 May 2018.
